Class 3 introduces Environmental Studies (EVS) as a dedicated subject alongside Hindi, English, and Mathematics — the first time NCERT blends science and social awareness into one subject for young learners. EVS uses stories from daily life (family, food, water, plants, animals) to build observation and reasoning skills, while Mathematics moves into multiplication, division, and measurement. Below you’ll find NCERT books for Class 3 — the current 2026-27 edition textbooks across all four subjects, each linked chapter-by-chapter to NCERT’s official source.
